Terms and Conditions for participation in Sonar Config Sharing Sweepstake

Participate in the sweepstake in celebration of the SteelSeries Sonar config sharing update for a chance to win a powerful graphics card, no purchase required!

All countries are eligible, except: Belarus, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Myanmar, Nigeria, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Zimbabwe.

Prizes

  • One winner of a MSI VENTUS 3X OC GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12 gb.

The total approximate retail value of all prizes is at least $789. Winners are responsible for reporting the value of their prizes where required.

Winner Selection & Correspondence

  • The sweepstakes concludes on 4 marzo, 2024, at 12pm / 12:00 Central Time.
  • Winner will be chosen randomly and notified via the platform that it was submitted on (Discord or Reddit direct message)
  • The prizes requires the winner to provide shipping information, which must be submitted by 11 marzo, 2024, to avoid forfeiture.

Entry Requirements

  • Entries are accepted via the SteelSeries Discord server or SteelSeries subreddit from 19 febrero, 2024 to 4 marzo, 2024.
  • Entrants must follow the submission guidelines to be eligible for the drawing.
  • Entrants must not use multiple identities to gain additional entries.
  • Use of automated entry methods will result in disqualification.
  • SteelSeries is not responsible for entry issues caused by technical difficulties.

General Terms

  • Entries must be the original work of the entrant and not violate any laws or rights of third parties.
  • By entering, participants grant SteelSeries a license to use their entries.
  • Entrants must be natural persons and exclude employees of SteelSeries and associated entities or residents of ineligible countries: Belarus, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Myanmar, Nigeria, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Zimbabwe.
  • Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

Liability and Rights

  • SteelSeries reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes.
  • Entrants agree to indemnify SteelSeries against claims related to their participation.
  • Prizes are "as is" and no substitutions are allowed.
  • Winners may be required to complete an eligibility and liability/publicity release.

By participating, entrants agree to SteelSeries' collection and use of their personal information as outlined in these terms.
